This End User License Agreement ("EULA") outlines the legal terms governing your access to and use of WhatsTable, including all software, APIs, AI services, and integrations.

1. Agreement Overview
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and WhatsTable governing your use of the platform, including associated applications, APIs, AI services, and related documentation.
By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Grant of License
WhatsTable grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform solely for your internal restaurant business operations during an active subscription term.
• Copy or modify the Software
• Resell or sublicense access
• Reverse engineer or decompile
• Remove proprietary notices
• Build competing services
• Exploit the Software unlawfully
3. Scope of Use
The Software is licensed exclusively for the registered business entity and its authorized personnel.
Any unauthorized use — including reselling access, scraping data, or operating competing services — constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
4. AI-Powered Features
WhatsTable includes AI-powered functionality for restaurant operations, customer communication, reservations, and order management.
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate.
You are responsible for verifying critical information.
AI models may evolve or improve over time.
No guarantee is provided regarding AI-generated outcomes.
5. WhatsApp Integration
WhatsTable integrates with WhatsApp Business APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp functionality is also subject to Meta's policies and acceptable use terms.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All software, branding, technology, and intellectual property rights associated with WhatsTable remain the exclusive property of WhatsTable.
You retain ownership of your restaurant data, menus, customer information, and operational content uploaded to the platform.
7. Updates & Modifications
WhatsTable may release updates, enhancements, patches, or new versions periodically. Features and functionality may change without prior notice.
8. Term & Termination
Term
This agreement remains effective while your subscription is active.
Termination by You
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
Termination by WhatsTable
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or unpaid fees.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all access rights and licenses immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WhatsTable does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsTable shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be governed by applicable laws and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction where permitted by law.
12. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the complete agreement between you and WhatsTable regarding use of the Software.
